I don't understand why Jumiapay have refused to clear the debts off my account that I already paid off that loan on my account since last month February 21st up till now I've checked and the loan still haven't been cleared off my account I mean that's poor customer service pls look. Into this and get it resolved thanks, Jumiapay is a great and very convenient app but this has been the inconvenience I've faced recently I'll like you look into this and get it resolved

I made a payment and it got cancelled...so I got refunded to my jumia pay but I cannot withdraw the money out to my main bank account...I need directions...the payment and withdrawal option is completely useless...the bank transfer option does the opposite...why

I ordered for a product and paid with my MasterCard, the product was delivered earlier than the supposed delivery day. As a result I was unable to pick up, the money was refunded to my jumiapay account and I was unable to send it back to my local account. I have tried everything possible to transfer the fund but the transfer option is not working. Now I'm trying to buy back the product but the price have changed I need my money back in my local bank account since u I can't reorder

Kindly follow the steps below to withdraw your money: - Click on Payment history & Withdrawal - Click on the 3 dots on top of the app then Transactions - Click on the withdraw, Additional details such as date of transaction, amount to withdraw.. will be displayed as well. - Select your preferred bank and enter account details - Click on “Withdraw”
